My Work

I work with gut microbes and how they are important for our health.

What I'd do with the prize money

I will use it to draw a comic explaining what gut microbes do to benefit our health.

• What did you want to be after you left school?

  I always wanted to do research and investigate things.

  Were you ever in trouble at school?

  No, but I was in trouble in secondary school.

  If you weren't doing this job, what would you choose instead?

  I would like to help people, something like social worker

  Who is your favourite singer or band?

  I have many, I like rock and punk, especially from the 80s and 90s.

  What's your favourite food?

  I like many foods, but I would pick something from my hometown, rice with costra, which is rice cooked in the oven with egg on top. And also sushi. And lots of chocolate.

  If you had 3 wishes for yourself what would they be? - be honest!

  I would wish that my family and friends are ok, and also I would like to travel to places like Yellowstone, the forests in Africa or Australia.
