      Alzheimer, it’s really terrible you forget a lot of memories, of people, it impacts also the people that are close to the patient. In some case people are becoming violent as well.

      I think Parkinson’s disease which is neurologic disorder is one of the worst diseases I have heard of. It causes unintended or uncontrollable movements, such as shaking, stiffness, memory problems and difficulty with balance, coordination and swallowing.

      Many cancers are terrible, not only because of what they do to the body, but also because it is hard to accept that they often hit out of the blue.

      Tough question. I would say Alzheimer’s/dementia as well, it’s very sad to see a person forget who they are.

      Well, I would say every disease is bad, but if I have to choose one I would agree with Vincent, Little by little, Alzheimer’s takes away the cognitive function of the patient, which is the equivalent of the patient’s family and friends, as they gradually lose their memory of them, which is what I find most unacceptable. This is why I am now working on nutritional interventions to treat and prevent age-related diseases, including Alzheimer’s.
